This was one of the stranger races of the night. The Porsche guy doesn’t seem to be a drag racer either.
When at Raceway Park either to race or as support for any friends that are drag racing I always have a Camera or HD Cell on me to catch stuff racing.
This Porsche is not a normal car that you would be seeing at a Drag Strip but nothing is stopping anybody who wants to race one. Then the 18 wheeler cab is not normally at the strip either but the Diesel Nats were going to be there that weekend so they are making test runs. This enabled me to catch a rare Porsche vs 18 Wheeler Cab drag race at Englishtown in Old Bridge NJ 😛

Located in Central NJ I wind up at lots of Car Events. Be it at Englishtown, Island or Atco Dragstrips or Somerville Main Street on Friday nights. If it involves High Performance cars I am most likely at the event!
