Not exactly right?

Odd 1987 MKVII LSC MAD MAX REPLICA on Craigslist located in Brick NJ. Not really the car I would choose to make a Mad Max Intercepter out of personally but, hey what ever right?

Where was this?
Where was this?

Seeing as most people think that the original was an AMC piece anyway this Craigslist Add is a bit closer to the truth however. As the original Intercepter was a Ford Falcon, so at least this puts this in the general family so to speak.

The Craigslist add runs as this-
this is a complete custom replication of mad max’s black interceptor. powertrain is stock with the exception of dual exhaust thru zoomies. custom mach 1 hood and front fascia with Lincoln grill removed.aftermarket front spoiler, chevy truck cab spoiler mounted on roof and chevy corvette front spoiler mounted on trunk.i am the 3rd owner, car was completely stock when I purchased in 2011.car only has 71k on it.new tires black painted wagon wheels and blue emergency light mounted on dash. car has very bright hids and a very loud sound!!!! all it needs to finish is to install either a working or non working blower to b very close to movie car which btw was an australian ford falcon. So have to wonder if this latest snow storm had anything to do with the owner deciding to move to Arizona or what? I’ve been out there and it wasn’t my cup of tea mind you. Grand Canyon was great but, everything else kind of sucked. Almost rather be in Vegas than in Arizona and I hate crowds too!

Anyway back to this Fake Intercepter, it’s a we bit pricey as far as I’m concerned. Not like it has the Supercharger on it like the movie car or anything. Just a strange kind of clone with the zoomie style exhaust on it is about it?

Video is cause there is no vid of the Lincoln and it is just wierd
