Tesla in the Staging Lanes

Yeah this is when I first caught a real sight of this thing in the staging lanes. Back hood up showing off the batteries and the charging cord sitting on the rood. Definitely something you don’t expect to see in the staging lanes and I’m not only talking about the Tesla. I’m talking about the charging cord sitting on the roof. Just not exactly sure where if he could plug this car in to top off the charge??
