This 67 Camaro in the Burnout Pit at the Pre Lead East Show on the concrete pad in Boonton NJ. Well that was before some idiot driving a truck with a girl in the bed decided to gas it and make the girl fly out of the bed. She wasn’t hurt but since the police were called they canned all the burnouts from then on and the show is pretty boring now.

This Camaro was one of the first cars to do a decent burnout that night. Pretty much starting off what would bring the most people up to the slab to watch all the cars come up to show what they have. This Camaro was obviously one of the guys that got the most smoke out of the tires.

Then as you can see from the sight there were plenty of cars waiting to show what they have that night too. It was the main reason I wanted to go back year after year. Then like I said before some tool on the street did something stupid with a girl sitting on a chair in the bed of his pick up truck. She flew out of the bed hitting her head on the ground I think? Then someone called the police of course even though she didn’t seem to be hurt. The ambulance came to check her out but, then some tool at the show called off the burn out pit.

It is private property that this happens at and it is far away from the street so it is unknown who decided to pull the plug on the burnouts. The jerk on the street had nothing to do with it so who knows and I haven’t been back to the show since that happened 🙁
