TT 649 Musi Powered Lexus IS-F

Yes you read it right, a Twin Turbo Pat Musi built engine stuffed into a Lexus IS-F built for Ebrahim Kanoo 😯

Was never the biggest fan of Musi built engines for a few reasons such as a blown engine from the start up at one facility I worked for. However seeing as how this one actually works it should be making some serious Torque and Horsepower regardless of who built it.

Turbosmart USA was used to build a beautiful install using 60mm Power-Gate wastegates along with the high-flowing Raceport Blow-Off Valves for this insanely large boosted engine placed into a Luxury 4 door car 😕

As can be seen on the shakedown pass in this video it was a low power run but still put a decent ET out. The oddest thing about this build is the use of a TH400 trans behind the boosted monster 😕 Unsure why a Powerglide based trans was not used as I am not seeing a TH400 being able to hold the kind of power that is going to be made on the track with this combination 😛
