I arrived at the Somerville Friday Car Cruise just after this scaffolding had collapsed while the workers were doing Brick Face on a new building 😯

I did ask a Fire Man about what happened that had them block off Main Street and brought out all the Hook and Ladder Trucks. He told me while the workers were lowering down the building the scaffolding started to collapse so they jumped through the open windows to avoid being hit or fall!

Was surprised that know cars got hit by anything because they park all along on Main Street during cruise night but it seems the Scaffold collapsed onto itself mostly 😕 They still had to close off Main Street as it looked rather unstable but at least it made it nicer cause you could cross Main Street with no traffic for once 🙂
