Heavy Equipment Burning and Underwater!

This shows Huge Equipment in positions that are pretty much unheard of 
Between somehow being on Fire and completely destroyed to hanging on the edge of a cliff somehow?
I can see how an accident can happen but some of this equipment is just downright scary 
Looking at the Terex Dumps hanging on the edge of a Cliff or rolled over. Not to mention engulfed in flames and burned to the ground. Or the smaller trucks crushed by the big equipment in a quarry somehow. I sew some of the driver getting there walking papers after that.
